Courtyard by Marriott Houston Medical Center/NRG Park

Convenient and comfortable location near MD Anderson. Have stayed here multiple times and always have a pleasant stay. Staff is welcoming and rooms are spacious. Covered parking garage. We enjoyed a light bite in the bar this time and it was delicious loaded tator tots. Friendly service and relaxing atmosphere.

We stayed here on two separate occasions and would recommend this place if you are in need of a place to stay. The beds are a comfortable, amble space in the rooms and restroom. Comes with and mini fridge and microwave in every room. Pablo at the front desk was fantastic in helping us get checked in fast and got us set up with everything we needed! There is a Bistro/Bar located in the Lobby where you can purchase breakfast/lunch/dinner and coffee.

This is the place to stay! I've stayed here twice and it's a fantastic team and property. Everyone of their property staff and shuttle driver team are friendly. Top notch hospitality. David and Bella are definitely standouts among the group but literally everyone is helpful and happy. The bed and pillows are great, I travel alot and stay at many Courtyards and this one is a comfy favorite. The shuttle service is an incredible amenity that is a game changer vs other properties. The drivers are delightful and their willingness to help is head and shoulders above what you would expect. While I am not ill, their patience and assistance to those that are here for treatment and anyone that needs a little extra help is remarkable. Seeing the drivers kindness and friendliness to each rider while keeping up with the calls, drop offs, and pickups is incredible.

Here for chemo at MD Anderson. They have a medical rate thru Joe’s House. Rooms are ok. Higher floors have newer furniture and carpet. Stay here every 3 weeks.

My wife and I traveled to Houston for medical treatment at MD Anderson. We originally attempted to stay at the property connected to the hospital, but due to availability, we booked here instead. In hindsight, I am thankful it worked out this way. After a long day of travel and the emotional weight of our visit, this was the perfect place to land. The space was incredibly clean and quiet—exactly what we needed to decompress. The location was also incredibly convenient. Everything we needed was nearby, from groceries to stock our mini-fridge to restaurants for a change of scenery. Inside the hotel, the coffee bar in the lobby was a great perk, and the business center is exceptionally well laid out if you need to get work done. I have to specifically commend Pablo and Donnetta. They provided world-class service and have a true gift for hospitality. If you need a warm welcome and a personal touch during a medical stay, I couldn't recommend the Courtyard by Marriott Houston Medical Center/NRG Park highly enough. Maybe my favorite part - another shout out to Pablo, "Never fear, Pablo is here." Followed by, meeting my wife, and charming her with "I knew she would be beautiful," in a very kind and tasteful way.

We've stayed here a few times over the past month while my grandmother gets her treatments at MD Anderson. This hotel is somewhat in an odd spot, but I love the fact it's not far from the hospital, it's clean, it's affordable, and we feel safe for two women traveling alone. Pablo and Jackie at the front desk are AMAZING! They've greeted us and checked us in each time with great smiles and friendly customer service, which is always appreciated. The rooms are clean, and the beds are very comfortable. Our only real issue is the water temperature when we get ready to shower. The water has been cold whether we tried to shower during the day or at night. Aside from that, no other issues. If they can get the water situation resolved, we intend to make this our primary overnight spot.

I’m not sure where this company found Grace and Pablo, but they better never let them go! The staff at this location is amazing!!! I had to stay here for work during the winter storm and of course as a mom I had to bring my family along with me. Grace and Pablo were nothing short of amazing!! They made sure everything went smoothly from the time of check in to the time we checked out! Never once got aggravated when I asked a million and one questions. We had to stay for 2 nights and with kids you guys know how stressful that can be, but Pablo and Grace made the transition so smooth. The hotel is a little outdated, but because of the staff I will definitely be staying here every time.

One of the best option on the Texas medical center. 100% recommended. Free shuttle service to the medical center, groceries stores in walking distance. Safe area. Amazing customer service
